Nicholas Cook is a solicitor and a consultant in Wollastons LLP, a leading commercial law firm in the South East. He is qualified, by examination and appointment, to hold the office of a Notary Public.

Nicholas Cook was previously a partner of Wollastons for over 20 years. He now combines his full time consultancy role with his Notarial Practice and a number of external business and charitable appointments.

Nicholas regularly writes and lectures on property law. He is very active in the wider business community and is a National Council member of the Institute of Directors (having previously held the post of Chairman of the Essex Branch). He is also an Essex board member of the Prince's Trust, as well as a panel member of its business division. He is Chairman of the Heart of Essex Business Group, a member of the Essex Business Consortium and an LEA appointed secondary school governor where he is Vice-Chairman.

The Notarial Practice is able to draw on the full range of legal and ancillary support provided by Wollastons and through that firm's membership of IAG International - a unique association of more than 60 independent professional firms represented throughout Europe and the USA, in the Middle East and Hong Kong.
