While the other reviews are all perfect, I am disappointed I did not have a similar experience. I booked an appointment online through the website booking service on Tuesday 16, September for the next day to have a travel consent document notarized for short notice travel that was urgent. I received a total of 5 emails throughout that day and the next afternoon confirming the appointment and next step procedures and to reach out if I had any questions. When my husband went into their Solihull office the receptionist informed him that the office space at the law firm was not booked for any notary services on the day I had scheduled. After much back and forth with the receptionist, she informed my husband that the person who was to sign the notary was on vacation and therefore could not attend the appointment. The emails sent out by Stuart Hartland had no out of office message on them, and when emailing and calling the number listed on those emails there were no responses or follow up. My time sensitive travel plans were greatly adversely impacted and I had to scramble to find another notary on the next day as it was already close of business. Rather than convenience and a pleasant streamlined experience, I have been put off by using this service and would not recommend based on their lack of professionalism and business management practices.
