I required documents to be certified/Notarized for Latvian courts and I couldn't of found a better company to assist me in these matters,Cali arranged the appointment out of hours with all the information I needed to make sure it was a very smooth transaction/appointment.

Many thanks to Gareth and team for super friendly service.. Notarised my document..They Sent it off and I got it back 5 working days later. Really impressive. People I can trust always. I was initially going to notarise the document and send it off myself but changed my mind at the last moment. All thanks to Gareth.. See you again.. 🙏

A few months ago I had used Fatchett & Co. They helped me notarise and apostille stamp my wedding documents for Spain, they were thoroughly helpful from phone call to meeting in the offices, and helped me get what was needed for all my documents, which were sent back to Valencia quickly and safely. I am now a married man, with the help of their services being so smooth and efficient. I couldn't recommend them more, great service all around!

Excellent service. From my first contact with Stuart to arrange a Spanish POA they have been professional and friendly. They liaised with my Spanish solicitor so that all the paperwork was dealt with correctly and made the whole process much easier for me. They were tremendously helpful at all times. My meeting with Gareth to finalise the POA was arranged very quickly. Highly recommended.

I found the experience rather uncomfortable. Being cornered into providing personal details, only to be met with high-pressure tactics to sign up, felt disrespectful. I place great value on integrity—respecting someone’s time, money, and circumstances should come first. The approach felt opportunistic, as if anyone, regardless of situation, could be persuaded to part with money under false promise.

It struck me as cynical, almost as if the business felt entitled to customers’ resources rather than focused on genuinely assisting them. The irony is that I might have signed up and remained a loyal customer under different circumstances—but the lack of respect simply made that impossible.

Their lack off consideration looks very snobbish, and quite frankly rude.

When you came to our office you initially attempted to get our service at a significantly lower price than our advertised price. Our website clearly shows our simple document pricing which is what was discussed with you in our office. As a business we could not agree to this I'm afraid. We asked you for information about your requirements and took time to understand this, as we do with all our clients. We then went to great lengths to explain our service to you so that you would know it met your needs, and we gave you our costing for that, which was in line with our website published charges. At the end of this detailed and lengthy discussion, you proceeded to book an appointment for a time when you would have enough funds to go ahead with the notarial service. At this point you left our office, but then immediately proceeded to cancel the appointment you had made. While you may be unhappy with this, we followed our protocols, spent time talking with you and you made the informed decision not to proceed, which is disappointing.

The notary, Gareth, was very helpful in arranging to visit me in hospital to notarise my will at short notice. The extra fee for coming to me was not too onerous either.
