UPDATED 15th OCTOBER 2020
To facilitate safer client meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic, the practice provides space for the exclusive of clients when attending the notarial practice.
The client facility fittings are cleaned after client use. The facility is fitted with air extraction and a BioZone air steriliser (capable of destroying viruses, including the Coronavirus family of viruses: H5N1, flu, Salmonella and Streptococcus).
Clients are asked to
Wear a mask or face-covering at all times within the client facility (except when asked to remove them to check identity against photo ID)
Use the sanitiser hand gel before entering the facility
Not bring anyone to the notarial meeting who is not directly relevant to the provision of the work.
The above provisions allow us to see clients, verify identity and obtain the required signatures as required, enabling on-going provision of urgent notarial services over the duration of the virus outbreak, while minimising contact and exposure, for the added protection of clients and notary, and whilst still allowing us notarial access to the office and required office equipment.
The provision of our client safer space is provided as being reasonable and proportionate steps designed to aid defence against the spread of infection. The provision makes no claim or assurance that it can/will prevent transmission or infection of disease or viruses. It is not a medical or clinical solution to possible viral transmission.
