Profile: Nicholas Cook
Nicholas Cook qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and was a partner for over 20 years and one of the founders, from its origins in 1985, of Wollastons LLP, a leading commercial law practice (now merged with Birketts LLP).
Nicholas headed the commercial property department at Wollastons until 2007 when he retired from the partnership.
Nicholas Cook is qualified, by examination and appointment, to hold the office of a Notary Public, through which he provides internationally recognised notarial legal services through his Notarial legal practice, which he has operated since 1993.
I look forward to assisting you with your notarial enquiry.
Nicholas lives in Chelmsford, Essex. He combines his work as a Notary Public with the entirely separate (and somewhat more entertaining), role to which he was appointed (on retiring from practice as a solicitor), of Director General of the Gin Guild.
The Gin Guild is an international not for profit member funded gin industry body, promoting and encouraging commitment to excellence in gin distillation and industry custodianship of the spirit category.’
